We talk a little bit about everything; from design, security, business needs, IT and more.

Steve answered all of my questions, solved everything that he was able to do with the Toshiba printer and offered suggestions what the problem might be. We took his advice and the network technician at Country Meadows was able to solve the issue. It was quality service and the way the service technician handled himself throughout the service call that put HIG way above the bar.

I just want to say thank you to Josh and George. They were a very big help with the migration of our new printers. Josh stood by and supported the process the whole way through. He is very devoted to what he does and wants his customers to be as happy as they can during the whole process. George is a very outgoing and friendly guy. He enjoys what he does very much. I find both Josh and George to be very knowledgeable in what they both do individually. Thank you, Josh & George, for your positive interaction with our migration process!

I have been doing business with Higher Information Group since 2007. When my copier breaks down, I call service and usually Ark always fixes the problem quickly, competently and without a fuss.

Covid-19 Crisis Management Operation Team UpdateMarch 25,2020

Governor Wolf ordered all non-life-sustaining businesses in Pennsylvania to close their physical locations as of 8 p.m. March 19, to slow the spread of COVID-19. Enforcement actions against businesses that did not close physical locations began Monday, March 23, at 8:00 AM. HIG meets Pennsylvania’s Industry Operations Guidance definition in the Governor’s Order. We are authorized to continue to be open for business to provide goods and services to our business customers who provide life-sustaining goods and services to their customers. Customers that meet this requirement are our immediate priority, however, we will continue to provide support to all our customers with closed physical facilities that have employees working remotely.

From our previous communication, most of our staff are now working remotely. We have tightly secured our corporate office and distribution operations, mail and print production house, and our document storage facilities.  We have limited our on-site staff to those essential to maintain critical functions. In all physical operations, we are following social distancing and COVID-19 mitigation guidance provided by the PA Department of Health and CDC to protect our on-site staff.

It is our intention to do everything we can to help our customers and partners conduct critical business as we work through the coming weeks together. We are here to serve you so If you need anything at all, please do not hesitate to reach out and contact a member of Higher Information Group’s Covid-19 Crisis and Emergency Management Operations team. Thank you for your continued business and partnership. We will get through this together in the coming weeks. That’s what we do. We wish each of you good health and wellness.
