Knowing your way around the keyboard like a pro not only saves time but also will save you some of your sanity during your day-to-day tasks.

1. Want to open the Task Manager with one hand? Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc.

2. Use Alt + Print Screen to take a full-screen shot.

3. Bypass clicking all over your screen to copy, paste, cut and undo, use Ctrl + C to copy, Ctrl + V to paste, Ctrl + X to cut, and Ctrl + Z to undo.

4. Paste text without formatting by pressing Ctrl + Shift + V

5. Going on a YouTube binge? Use J and L to skip 10 seconds back and forward, use K to pause, use > and < to speed up and slow down your video.

6. Hold Ctrl + Left click to use your mouse as a laser pointer in PowerPoint.

7. Have some fun with a coworker’s computer screen by pressing Ctrl + Alt and one of the arrow keys to rotate their screen (works on most Windows computers).

8. Get back that tab you closed in your internet browser by pressing Ctrl + Shift + T.

9. Pressing F4 in Excel will repeat the last command.

10. Press Windows + D to minimize everything on your screen.
