Covid-19 Crisis and Emergency Management Operations Team

Mar 24, 2020 | Blog, News & Events

This is a challenging time and it has been an especially difficult week. The business community continues to grapple with recommendations and mandates from Federal, State and Local Government to do its part to contain the spread of COVID-19. Governor Wolfe has ordered the closure of all ‘non-life sustaining’ businesses statewide. Enforcement will begin 12:01 a.m. Saturday, March 21. Failure to comply with Wolf’s order could result in citations, fines, or license suspensions.

As a result, Higher Information Group is closing all Company facilities except for our USPS Mail processing operations in York, Pennsylvania. All company facilities will be closed, beginning on Monday, March 23rd. We do not have a date to provide you at this time when company facilities will reopen. During this period of facilities closure, Higher Information group will continue to provide our customers with emergency and business critical support as their business operations necessitate.

The decision to close our facilities was not made lightly but there is much about this unique crisis that is still unknown. The one thing that we do know is that Higher Information Group will weather the storm. We have a team of resilient dedicated associates and we will lean on one another to get us through this difficult time.
