Graphic Design

It takes 7 seconds to make a first impression. Make sure that you have an eye-catching graphic design for your marketing materials and branding. Let Higher Information Group’s graphic design team develop images and graphics that truly reflect your business and make a lasting impression.

1 - Technical Requirements

First, we will set up a design meeting if necessary. This is also where our design team asks the vital questions to figure out the exact specifications for the job such as the dimensions, exact colors, number of copies needed, and ideas or branding that have already been established.

Next we figure out what budget and time frame fits your needs. We provide a cost and once we receive approval your job moves to production.

2- Design Meeting

Stop by the office to meet with our Printshop Manager and the designer that will be working on your project. Here we can do a mini brainstorm session and go over the details of the projects.

Don’t be afraid to bring in images or examples of what you would like to see. Our designers appreciate any inspiration and ideas for your vision.

3 - Research & Brainstorm

This is where we take the time to go and find designs that inspire us and help organize our thoughts. While we are brainstorming we typically come up with color schemes, typography, layout ideas, and develop a primary focus for our design.

Once we determine the primary focus for the design we start researching a little further to develop the execution for the design.

4 - Create Concepts

During this stage, our designers finally begin constructing the actual design. They develop a few different options for you to choose from making sure they all capture the initial vision.

5 - Revisions

Now is the time for you to share your opinions, questions or concerns. You may request any changes or mix and match the different features from each design.

6 - Prepare for Print

Once we receive approval on the design, we will send it to the printer. Your print job will then move out of the design phase and into the production phase.

Promotional Items

Promotional items are a great way to reach out to the masses at a low cost. You can think of your promotional items as an alternative way for your clients to remember you. Passing out items is a great way to keep your name in front of potential customers especially if you purchase items that your customers will want to keep around, such as a portable battery charger, stress ball, pens, or tumblers.
